In-Home Digital Learning Support
With so many counties starting digital learning for the 2020-2021 school year, we are creating solutions for your child to succeed this academic year- and parents to not lose their mind in the process. Many parents saw a mental health impact due to the sudden change in March, the loss of structure of school provided, and the loss of socialization with peers. In partnership with Johns Creek and Alpharetta Counseling’s Child counselors, we have created a plan to help your child thrive academically and emotionally!
We are forming small groups for students to learn in home with a Certified Teacher. These groups will be hosted by one of the families of the students. We make sure the home has the space and equipment needed to support the group in its learning experience. We offer several options to meet your particular needs.
Our most popular group is the Same Grade Learning Pod. As its name suggests, all the students will be in the same grade. We make every effort to have the students from the same school and when possible, the same class. This maximizes the students peer learning experience.
The Pod size is from 3 to 6 students. This Pod meets 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.
The Family Learning Pod is for folks who want to limit their children's exposure. As a consequence, the students are usually in different grades and classes, but our Certified Teachers can manage this. However, we do limit the Pod size to 4 students. There are three options for the Family Learning Pods:
- 5 days per week, 4 hours per day.
- 3 days per week, 4 hours per day.
- 2 days per week, 4 hours per day.
How Do I Get Started?

To get started with a same grade group: we need a group from your school and your child’s grade. You can go through your emails from last year and find the addresses of the parents of your child’s peers in previous school years. Reach out to those parents to see if anyone is interested in starting a group. You may also email the school counselor or your teacher from last year to help spread the word. It only takes 3 to start! Once a group is committed, you can determine whose house will “host” the learning group. This way it is close to all students in a clean & safe environment.
To get started with a family package: give us a call to discuss your family’s needs and if you are interested in 2, 3, or 5 days a week.
Cost You can determine the size of the group based on a balance between what you are comfortable with (exposure) and how many children to socialize with (connection). Each package will require a 2 month commitment to get started.
Group Packages: (all 5 days/wk for 4 hours)
4-6 group of kids: $150/week per child
3 kids group: $200/week per child
Family Packages: (all 4 hours/day)
5 days week: $600/week
3 days week: $450/week
2 days week: $300/week
