Our Special Education Advocacy Services
Choose from two packages to navigate special education with our support.
Special Education Support Packages:
Package 1 - Schedule a timeslot to have our special education advocate to help you prepare for the upcoming meeting.
Package 2 includes all the features of package 1, with the additional benefit of having the advocate accompany you to the meeting at the school.
Review Consultation Meeting (Parent(s) Advocate)
In anticipation of the Review Consultation meeting, we need the timely submission of all relevant materials, including grades, classwork, IEP's, Eligibilities, and Psychological reports, at least forty-eight hours prior to the scheduled time. This will enable the advocate to thoroughly assess the documents and come prepared to address inquiries, clarify scores, and offer confident recommendations for the parent to assert during the school meeting. Additionally, the advocate will provide insight into potential school strategies for shaping parental decisions, ensuring that choices made ultimately serve the best interests of the student.
Advocate Will Attend Meeting Along Side Of The Parent/Guardian with the IEP Team From the School
In addition to the Review-Consultation Package, the advocate will accompany the parent/guardian to the special education meeting and participate as a team member. Throughout the meeting, the advocate will provide input, suggestions, and address concerns on behalf of the client. Their role is to ensure that the school is formulating a plan that is in the best interest of the student. (Please note that the parent/guardian will need to notify the school about the advocate's attendance at the meeting.)
